Frequently asked questions

How much does a concrete driveway or patio cost in Wilmington, DE?

Standard 4-inch flatwork runs $8–$14 per square foot. Stamped or decorative concrete runs $14–$22 per square foot. Footings and structural foundations are quoted per scope after a site visit.

Will my concrete crack?

All concrete will eventually develop hairline cracks, but proper sub-base prep, mesh or fiber reinforcement, and correctly spaced control joints prevent the major cracking you see on cheap pours. Our crews follow ACI guidelines and pour at the right temperature window.

How long until I can drive on a new driveway?

Foot traffic 24 hours after pour. Light vehicle traffic 7 days. Full load (RVs, trucks) 28 days for full cure.
