Zavala & Sons Home Improvement & Remodeling was founded by Roberto Zavala Zavala in 2021, after a lifetime of building homes — first framing them, then finishing them, then running the whole job. He started the company with one goal: deliver quality work and clear communication from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. The "& Sons" isn't a brand flourish — Roberto's sons work on every crew, every day.

Today we run kitchens, bathrooms, additions, siding, decks, flooring, concrete, and full-home renovations across Delaware and within about a 2-hour drive — into Pennsylvania, Maryland, and southern New Jersey when the project's right.
